Gems missing after purchase
Open Profile → Restore Purchases. If the balance is still wrong, email hey@sentez.co with your Apple receipt and we'll credit it.
Change your spice level
Profile → Settings → Spice. Switch between Soft, Hot and Extra at any time; the change applies to your next messages.
Notifications and quiet hours
Turn match notifications on or off in Settings. You can also mute a single conversation from the chat header.

Are the people on Textopia real?
No — every match is an AI character created by Textopia. They have names, personalities and photos, but they are fictional. We say so at onboarding, in chat and in our Terms.
Is texting free?
Yes. Messaging your matches is unlimited and free. Gems are only for special moments — unlocking photos, Super Likes and dates.
What are gems for?
Gems unlock photo offers (99 gems), Super Likes and dates (149 gems). You get 150 gems as a welcome gift, and Plus members receive 350 gems every week.
How do levels work?
Every message you exchange adds XP. Your bond with each match grows from Level 1 to Level 10, unlocking warmer conversation, new photo drops and — from Level 4 — dates.
How spicy does it get?
You choose: Soft, Hot or Extra. Textopia is a 17+ app. Content stays suggestive rather than explicit — no nudity, no graphic material — and every message passes moderation.
Can I cancel Plus?
Any time, from your Apple account settings. Plus is $6.99/week or $39.99/year and renews automatically until you cancel.
