1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Textopia mobile application, website and related services provided by Sentez Inc.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing or using Textopia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Textopia is

Textopia is an entertainment app offering conversations with AI-generated companions. Matches, profiles, photos, messages and dates are fictional and produced by artificial intelligence. No real person is on the other side of your chat.

Textopia is not a real-world dating service, a matchmaking service, or a source of companionship, therapy, medical, legal or professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

We may add, remove, suspend or modify features at any time, including characters, levels, drops, gem pricing and subscription tiers.

3. Eligibility and age restriction

Textopia is rated 17+ and contains suggestive romantic content. You must be at least 17 years old — or older where your local law requires — and you must provide an accurate birthday during onboarding. Misrepresenting your age violates these Terms and may result in immediate termination.

The service is delivered for iPhone and may require supported iOS versions, network access and an App Store account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Textopia lawfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to generate sexual content involving minors, or presenting yourself or any character as a minor in a sexual context. This results in an immediate, permanent ban.
• Attempting to generate non-consensual, violent, hateful, self-harm or otherwise prohibited content.
• Attempting to bypass, jailbreak or manipulate our moderation, spice-level or content safeguards.
• Uploading profile content you do not own or have permission to use, or impersonating a real person.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, probing or disrupting the service or its security protections.
• Using bots, scripts, emulators or automation to earn, farm or exploit gems, levels or drops.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially redistributing characters, generated content or gems.

5. AI content disclaimer

AI-generated messages and images are automated output. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, repetitive or unexpected, and they do not reflect the views of Sentez Inc.

Character images are AI-generated or licensed and do not depict real individuals. Content is designed to remain suggestive rather than explicit — no nudity and no graphic sexual material — regardless of the spice level you choose.

You are responsible for how you use the service and for any emotional reliance you place on fictional characters.

6. Gems, subscriptions and refunds

Texting your matches is free. Gems are a virtual, non-refundable, non-transferable in-app currency used for photo unlocks, Super Likes and dates. Gems have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and expire if your account is deleted or terminated.

Gem packs are sold through Apple in-app purchase (for example 200 gems for $4.99 up to 6,000 gems for $69.99). Textopia Plus is $6.99 per week or $39.99 per year and includes a recurring weekly gem allowance, Super Likes and member-only drops. Prices, allowances and taxes are shown in the App Store and may change.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under its platform policies.

7. Intellectual property

Textopia — including its software, characters, artwork, branding, interface design, text and underlying technology — is owned by Sentez Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Unlocked media may be viewed inside the app; you may not resell or commercially exploit it.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, used the service while underage, or attempted to generate prohibited content. Unused gems are forfeited on termination for violation.

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in Settings and removing the app from your device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textopia and Sentez Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost data, emotional distress, goodwill loss or lost gems arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Textopia during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
